This website (www.pax.com) and all related content, applications, and services are owned and operated by PAX Labs, Inc. ("PAX," "we," or "us"). By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or purchase products. PAX may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. These Terms contain a mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver provision (see Governing Law & Arbitration).
You must be at least the minimum legal age to purchase products in your jurisdiction ("Minimum Age") to use this website or register an account. Certain products are regulated and require age verification before purchase. We may verify your age using the information you provide and may deny or cancel a purchase if we cannot confirm you meet the Minimum Age.
No vaporization product should be considered 100% safe. Consumable hemp products contain THC, an intoxicating substance, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery when using. Consult a licensed healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
To make a purchase you may need to register an account with accurate, complete information, including name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth. You are responsible for all activity on your account, agree to keep your information current, and agree not to create more than one account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you select, and your payment method is charged on a recurring basis. Discount codes apply to your first order only. You can change frequency, products, payment method, shipping address, or cancel at any time under "Subscriptions" in your account. We'll notify you by email at least 7 days before any price change.
You agree to pay for all purchases. All prices are quoted and payable in US dollars. Your purchases may be subject to sales tax or other applicable taxes, calculated at checkout. Certain "buy now, pay later" options may be available through third-party partners subject to their terms.
Orders cannot be canceled once tracking information has been generated (generally within one hour of ordering). To cancel before then, contact PAX Support as soon as possible.
Our return terms for devices, accessories, apparel, and consumable products are described on our Return Policy page. In summary: new, unused non-consumable items may be returned within the stated window; consumable hemp products are final sale.
This website and its content — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and software — are the property of PAX or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission. See our Intellectual Property page for more.
PAX products, services, and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Most disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and PAX waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. For any dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal-dept@pax.com to attempt informal resolution.
